Steven Dobkins

I started as a Fireman, EMT, part-time Tow Boat captain, and K-9 Handler. After 10 years, I joined the Navy for marine salvage. Post-Navy, I worked in maritime security and salvage. While working on the Netflix show Bloodline as a Deputy, I conceived the idea for a personal safety app.
